The Diversity Panel is a group of local people who want to broaden understanding and appreciation of each other and work toward a just society for all. We support our local institutions including our city, our schools and law enforcement.
Our vision is that our city will be recognized nationally as a model of multi-cultural diversity united to form a community made richer by the contribution and participation of all its citizens.
Our mission is to embrace diversity, promote education, support racial healing and engage with our city, school district and service organizations to achieve substantial, measureable, positive change in our community.
Our programs are based on the Five Es: Embrace, Educate, Empathize, Engage, Equity.
We are dedicated to finding ways to listen, learn and live together.
